Opening Times and Fees

Morning Session  7.45 am - 8.55 am      £4.25 inc. drink, toast and cereal


First Evening Session    3.15 pm - 5.00 pm      £5.25 inc. snacks & drinks


Second Evening Session  5.00 pm - 6.00 pm      £2.25


The scheme closes at 6.00 pm, if for any reason you are late there will be an additional charge of £5.00 for every 15 minutes.

Note:  The club does not operate during the holidays at present but there are plans to run a holiday club if enough interest is shown.


Booking Sessions

All sessions must be booked a term in advance, booking forms are made available each term and must be filled in each term even if the days required are the same throughout the year. All sessions booked must be paid for in full. Please read the booking terms and conditions which give more detail and is attached to this booklet.

All children must be registered before they use the club. 


Fees are to be paid a month in advance and whenever possible payment should be made by cheque or childcare vouchers. You will be charged for all sessions booked. Two weeks’ notice is required to cancel any booking otherwise sessions will still be charged for. Any extras will be invoiced once per month. It is important that payment is made on time. Parents/carers will be notified of late payment and a charge may apply.

Illness and Medication

Parents and guardians will be contacted immediately if a child is unwell or has a serious accident. Please inform us if any contact details change, it is important that we can contact you. Medication cannot be administered by any members of our staff unless life threatening e.g. asthma inhaler.

First aid

First aid will be given when necessary by a qualified member of staff and details will be recorded.


Allergies and Dietary requirements

If your child has any allergies or dietary requirements, please provide this information on their registration form and discuss it in more detail with the Manager if necessary.


Grievance Procedure

We hope you will have no need to use the grievance procedure, however, if you do please speak to the manager in the first instance.  After discussion with parents if the matter is not resolved it will then be referred to Mrs Hall, Head Teacher. 

Parents can also contact Ofsted with any complements, concerns and complaints.  A leaflet is also available from the Ofsted website at  Parents are encouraged to approach the manager at any time with any problems, questions, worries or general comments.  Grievances may be addressed to:



Behaviour Policy

Our Behaviour Policy States that all children will be treated with equal respect and concern. Disruptive and inappropriate behaviour will be diffused quickly. Appropriate action will be taken, in exceptional circumstances continuous inappropriate behaviour will result in loss of place at the club.

Safe Guarding Policy

Child Protection Policy contributes to the personal safety of all children using the club through actively promoting awareness, good practice and sound procedures.  The manager has responsibility for all aspects of child protection awareness and implementing the policy.
